Cold sore

I've got a massive cold sore that is slowly taking over my face and I'm a little fed up because I've had a cold since November.

*Snow*

snowed Last night, woke up at 3am due to dehydration (well it was my birthday) and this was the view out of my kitchen window.

Was a little late for work this morning, but more due to traffic than anythin weather realated.

There is more snow here than in Andorra.

Ice Cream Van

Was sitting in my parent's living room yesterday when an ice cream van pulled up outside. It's barely in double figures temperature wise and I had to go up on my parent's roof yesterday to retrieve a broken roof tile.

Quite a boring weekend cosidering it's my birthday tomorrow.

The World's biggest time theif

I have succumbed, during November and December I had to restrain myself (whilst studying) not to boot up championship manager. On Wednesday night I finally did. And there goes my life. Spent 2 hours playing it Wed night.

Yesterday there was a power cut on Milton Park, so we were sent home from work. Another 3 hours champ man.

Oh dear.

Just spent my lunch time searching for Central defenders under £200k and 20 years old to buy when I get home. I hope I don't get withdrawal symptoms when I go up to Wolves this weekend.

By the way, Wolves beat Oldham in the cup on Tuesday and now we play the Alb*on in the 4th round a week tomorrow. The BBC are not televising the match so I'll be listening to it.

Lovely weather ... For ducks

Just been for a walk, drizzle and the power station is shrouded in a rolling mist of steam. Not lovely outside.

Did my weekend back to front this week, had a quiet one on Friday and was playing pool till 11 at the chequers in town last night.

Laura and Ed came over on Saturday. Laura was disturbingly enthusiastic about my cheese and potato pie that I made for dinner and heated up for a snack as the night wore on. I don't think they have cheese and potato pie in Scotland.

Met up with Hedy, Andy, Karris and Jonathan Cooper last night. I like going out with people when you haven’t seen them in ages. Started at the turf and ended up at the chequers.

Back at work again and the FA cup draw is in 25 mins. 1 in 16 change of being drawn against a team from Bristol, here's hoping (I don't think I've ever been to Bristol and it's not that far away).

Back to work A-G-A-I-N

Well that's over for another year, only the fun of cold dark mornings and work to look ahead to. As you can see I'm having fun wading through spreadsheets on the most depressing morning of the year. Ellie is still in bed and I need to go and shout at orange again because my phone still isn't right, can't send or receive phone calls or text messages.

I want to go back to bed, it's too cold in this office, I can't feel my feet any more.
